KORIKAWA, Tomohiro

Biography

  • Tomohiro Korikawa received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Waseda University, Tokyo, and the Ph.D. degree in informatics from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 2012, 2014, and 2021, respectively. In 2014, he joined NTT. He was with Network Service Systems Laboratories and Network Innovation Center, from 2014 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2022, respectively. Currently he is a researcher at Network Service Systems Laboratories, where he has been engaged in research on routing in dynamic networks such as non-terrestrial networks. He is a member of IEEE and IEICE.

Research Interests

  • Network architectures in beyond 5G/6G era, including non-terrestrial networks (NTN), network design, network virtualization (NFV/SDN), high-performance packet processing, queueing theory, stochastic geometry, simulation, machine learning, and reinforcement learning.
